At Cropsey, we welcome the film, television, advertising and art community to make responsible use of our property. Cropsey is a working farm and as long as our farming practices and property are respected, we will do whatever we can to accommodate your production needs.
Insurance is required for all events as well as a security deposit in advance. Security may also be required depending on the nature of the event. Rental fee quotes will be provided on a case-by-case basis given that your project fits within the scope of our capabilities and mission, and all renters are required to sign a rental agreement.
